Our company has an opening for a Senior Fish Passage Engineer with experience in structural analysis and design of hydraulic structures, fish passage structures, and/or other water resource infrastructure including fishery related projects. 


Henniker, NH Preferred

Senior Structural Engineer

PE with 20+ years of experience in structural engineering with specific emphasis in dams, hydraulic structures, penstocks/pipelines, and fish passage but associated concrete and steel experience (e.g. bridges) would be okay.

Potential Office Assignment – Utica, Albany, Henniker

The ideal candidate will be a Professional Engineer with a strong background in the geotechnical aspects of dam safety evaluations and design. Approval as a FERC Part 12 Independent Consultant or the requisite experience to qualify for approval is required. Experience conducting risk-based analyses for dam safety inspections is desirable.

We are seeking committed, detail-oriented individuals who will be able to utilize their knowledge and experience, as well as current software technologies, for our clients’ immediate and future projects.   

Buffalo, NY preferred.

Civil/Water Resources Restoration Engineer

This position will be responsible for engineering design for restoration (e.g., dam removal, culvert replacement, streambank stabilization, habitat improvement, flood mitigation), hydropower licensing (e.g., recreation, fish passage, dredging), and other projects. This position offers opportunities for growth into project management and business development responsibilities commensurate with experience.
