GOMEZ AND SULLIVAN ENGINEERS, D.P.C. ELECTS NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND CORPORATE OFFICERS

Henniker, NH: On January 1, 2024, Gomez and Sullivan Engineers, D.P.C. elected a new Board of Directors to include Michele Stottler (Chairperson), Mark Wamser (President/CEO), Damian Gomez (Treasurer), Tim Sullivan (Vice President of Operations), and Amanda Crandall (Director of Administration and Human Resources). This Leadership Team will be joined by Kirk Smith (Vice President and Director of Regulatory and Environmental Services) who will serve as the Corporate Secretary and Secretary to the Board. Jerry Gomez and Tom Sullivan will continue to serve the company as Advisors to the Board and be a resource for the Leadership Team as they navigate the future of the company.

 

Michele Stottler has helped build Gomez and Sullivan Engineers into its status as a leader in the water resources industry. Her work in water resources engineering and project management is well regarded in the industry and her leadership within the company is highly respected. Mark Wamser was one of the company’s original employees. He is a crucial component to the internal operations of the team as well as a highly skilled water resources engineer. His excellent project management and leadership abilities make him perfectly suited for the role of President and CEO.

 

Tim Sullivan has been promoted to Vice President of Operations where he will oversee Gomez and Sullivan’s various business lines and work closely with Mark in the day-to-day operations of the company.  Amanda Crandall will be taking on a newly created role as Director of Administration and HR. Kirk Smith, who has worked his entire career with Gomez and Sullivan, will serve the company as the Corporate Secretary. Damian Gomez will continue to serve as Treasurer. These four individuals were chosen for their tireless commitment to excellence with clients and their ability to both lead and serve their fellow team at Gomez and Sullivan.

 

“Jerry and I want to congratulate the Leadership Team as they ascend to their new positions. We are fully confident in their ability to continue the growth of our firm from both a geographic and service perspective and to continue the important work we all have done for the last 30 years,” states Tom Sullivan. “Jerry and I plan on continuing an active, albeit different, role with the company. In addition to our support of the Leadership Team, we both plan to continue our involvement in project work and assisting our clients in sustainable solutions for people and the environment.”

 

Jerry and Tom founded Gomez and Sullivan Engineers in February of 1993. What started as a small, two person operation has grown to nearly fifty employees stretching across the United States.

 

Tom continues, “We want to take the time, at this milestone, to thank our employees and all of their families, as well as clients and industry colleagues, who have not only made the last 30 years successful but also enjoyable.”
