Our company has an opening for a skilled and motivated IT Technician with experience in comprehensive technical support of computer systems and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies, experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, and be comfortable providing in-house customer service to their colleagues. We are seeking a committed, detail-oriented individual to join our technology support team.
This position will work out of our Buffalo, NY office. Our offices follow a hybrid work model, and flexibility to work remotely for specific circumstances is available.
The base salary range for this position is $50,000 – $75,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Our staff of approximately 50 individuals based in New York (Utica, Buffalo, Albany) and New Hampshire (Henniker) provides core services including dam safety, engineering, hydropower licensing, environmental studies, hydrology and hydraulics, fisheries and fish passage, stream and habitat restoration, and information management and geographic information systems.
